"I would have given my stay 5 stars but the staff communicates poorly I believe it’s more front desk and house keeping our first day there I ask them to have a happy birthday surprise for my boyfriends birthday and it was not noted but was noted was all the excursions I had to pay for then once the decorations was given it was hours after I requested it and the house keeper excuse was she stopped cleaning that why she’s late had that been communicated I would have waiting longer out of the room...
