"The size of the hotel and cleanliness was amazing! However we had issues throughout our stay with the washing machine breaking while our clothes were inside, the AC shutting off every hour and our key cards kept no longer working. The hotel staff was really helpful in giving other options to help everything not working."

"We were unable to check in until 45 minutes past the designated check-in time, which was disappointing after international travel but we dealt with it. The staff provided two rounds of drink vouchers to compensate for the inconvenience though neither of the two bars would accept them, even for a simple beer or champagne, which was a joke. "Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"
