"I was very happy starting with the neighborhood, the welcoming staff, the quiet elegance of the hotel and the public rooms, and the layout and details of my room. I was happy to wake up in comfortable bed, with excellent breakfast service, and I was happy to be greeted when I returned at night."

"The hotel was nice, rooms were small even though we had a delux (?) disappointed there were no bottles of water. Nespresso machine would have been nice. Bedding was nice. Bed comfortable but small. They did had a play on in the lounge area which we thought was weird so we couldn’t sit and have a drink and chat!!"

"Run!!! Stayed at this hotel for a wedding and the staff was thoroughly incompetent. Our reservation couldn’t be found and the front desk overcharged us and put us in a spare room not even listed on the website (double bed and no working AC). Miserable experience from start to finish. We were far from the only wedding guests to experience issues with check-in and AC."

"Great location for the MOTH club which is where our event was. Room was warm and cosy. Bed was comfy and overall loved it. Such a nice welcome from the member of staff who was also working the bar. Simple, cosy place to stay. "

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft um ein paar Tage in London zu bleiben. Leider wird das Zimmer erst ab sieben Nächten einmal zwischen gereinigt. Man kann sich zwar neue Handtücher besorgen allerdings ist es doch ganz nett, wenn zwischendurch mal sauber gemacht wird. Die Umgebung ist sicherer als gedacht. Auch wenn man sich kurz etwas gewöhnen muss."

"I loved everything about the Wilde but unfortunately cannot give five stars since the water pressure in our bathroom was terrible. There was air in the pipes and the flow would just trickle and stop at times…staff gave us access to another suite for showering and even offered us a different suite but it was a hassle to repack and unpack again…I will stay there again provided it is a lower floor and no plumbing issues! Staff are absolutely lovely and I really felt cared for ❤️"

"The rooms in Adagio are absolutely brilliant. Spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Reminded me of a pricy skiing apartment in France. Location is vibrant but you're 15 minutes walk from the City of London. "

"The property was in a good location to walk around and check out Shoreditch. It was also in a quiet area which was nice. Lobby was clean and check in and out was simple."

"Amazing hotel"

"The room was clean and as expected, quite small since it is a hub. The staff was very kind and helpful. My problem was that because the room was so small and humid as well as having no window that would open, the air conditioning unit kept the room too moist. Water from the bottom of the AC unit dripped continuously. I had to keep the trash bin and cups underneath it to catch the water that poured out...the cups overflowed during the night. It was a very hot couple of days in London so full-on...
