"Everything about the property and staff was great. We loved the location and the bar in the lobby had a great vibe. We did have one issue with the toilet in our room. It just did not flush consistently. There would be times that it would work on the first push then other times it just wouldn’t do anything. We asked them to look at it and it was supposedly fixed but never worked well the entire week we were there. "

"Check in was quick as I completed pre-check in online. The property is on a quite street in the city mile. I had a junior suite which was a great choice, spacious and big bathroom with separate shower, toilet and bath, plus walk in wardrobe. Japanese toilet is a nice touch. The room I had was set away from others so it was private and quiet. The bed is really comfy. As with the entire property, it is tastefully decorated throughout. "A little difficult to get into, but once in the hotel is decent, if a bit no-frills. No windows or kettle is a bit of a challenge for a longer stay, but if all you need is a bed and bathroom then it does the job"

"Location is very good. The staff were very friendly. Our ac wasn’t working in the room we checked in. Moved to another room. New room blinds did not go down so could not sleep in every morning. Bathroom shower drain was blocked so water ran all over the bathroom floors. "

"Flies in our first room and the whole basement floor was also infested with flies so they knew the experience was subpar. They did move us to a different room after request but half our stay was already spent"

"Honestly, machine was not working efficiently. It was not washing well and the dryer was barely working. It look a 4-5 cycles to get the clothes almost dry but still not fully dry."
