Hashi was amazing - she organised everything for my partners surprise birthday stay from start to finish. she even put a birthday cake in the room for us - the team were so lovely and accommodating. they bought complimentary drinks to the room and thought about everything upon our arrival. will 100% be staying here for the foreseeable. room service was also great!"

"The room was nice, it’s definitely very small space, but everything seems fine except the big freaking metal bar in the middle, I have no idea why it’s there but it’s definitely dangerous, should in case you have to use the restroom at any point, you have to be very careful unless you will definitely end up in the Emergency Department with a nut on your forehead"

"La habitación estaba muy pólvora y el drenaje de la regadera tapado Nunca limpiaron bien la habitación y tuvimos que reportar 3 veces el drenaje de la regadera y no lo arreglaron hasta que se inundó la mitad del baño. Cuando llegas no hay rampa para subir las maletas y no había personal para ayudarnos con las escaleras y hasta que entramos ya apareció el concierge."
