"It was a dream to stay on this property. It has the most beautiful views of Florence. The property itself is so picturesque it didn’t feel real being there. I loved the dogs on the property. The entire staff was so welcoming and attentive, especially Sam who was amazing! Highly recommend staying here. There’s no other place like it. "

"This hotel wasn’t at all as described. The amenities listed on the Expedia page don’t exist. The only food on site is for the breakfast restaurant, which stays locked the rest of the day. Both the Expedia summary and the hotel brochure at the hotel mention a garden with a bar (neither exist), the page mentions room service (also doesn’t exist). It’s in a great location to get to the airport (about 5 minute drive) but outside of being great for the airport, there’s no real restaurants close to...

"The quadra key apartments are a short tram ride from the centre of Florence. Very handy and clean the check in process was easy and the team was very attentive. Only negative would be for me the main road along with the trams can be heard from inside the apartment so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue."

"We were so excited for our stay at Ape Rosa, as my mother is from Florence and used to live nearby. The place definitely has classic Italian charm and is in a fantastic setting. "Room was clean, a bit small but there was everything that I needed. Breakfast was a buffet with pastries, eggs, bacon, fruits and veggies, so very good for the price. The staff was kind and even spoke to me in french (my language). It was perfect!"
