"We booked 3 rooms. All were give mineral water on the first day only. Second and third day... no more water. We call front office, they give us on 2nd day. On the 3rd day - we called and they put us on hold for quite some time.... we hung up the phone. I am thinking - only mineral water... "

"The room and the amenities were perfect! And the staff is nice. Two small inconveniences: - when I arrived and they gave me the key card, it didn't work, and I had to go back and forth 4 times, then it turned out that the room that they gave me is already taken. So they gave me another key. - the check out at 10 is quite early :("

"Clear instruction to check in, close to the trum station, and spacious room."

"The staff here were very nice and helpful. Alessandro patiently answered all of our questions about how to get around the area, where to eat, etc. He took very good care of us. The breakfast was nice and the lady there was friendly also. The hotel itself is nice, and in a convenient location, but needs some maintenance. Our room had damaged walls and doors and the balcony had crumbling concrete. Our friends room did not have damage and was much nicer and they were on the same floor just 2 doors...

"Accommodation on Expedia but NO reply from host regarding my booking; despite a number of messages sent. Warning that driving through the entrance gate is challenging; and is only possible with a small vehicle. The villa is charming, old world with a lovely garden and nice breakfast. Spacious room and has a lovely bath tub. Good value for anyone needing to be near Careggi hospital❣️"

"Muy agradable, todo el personal nos trato amablemente, con especial hincapié en el Sr. Mateo, que nos deleito con sus consejos y nos ayudo desde el primer momento de nuestra llegada al hotel. El servicio de desayuno muy simpático y atento. El servicio de limpieza, nos brindo todo lo que necesitamos y nos dejo una habitación muy limpia cada día. Estamos muy contentos con esta experiencia en Florencia. "
