"The room's ac was not working. The towel holder in the shower was loose. The water faucet was shooting out multiple streams. The towel hanger behind the door was loose and fell off. The main door was not smooth, so it was loud when opening/closing."

"I never stayed because the room was horrible… No power , bathroom was filthy had to use my phone flashlight to see inside the room…The room had a bad odor to it.. My family and I left and asked the lady at the front desk to cancel and refund my money.. "

"When I went to go check in the room smelled horrible, there was no power , the lights wasn’t on… I had to use my flashlight to see and the bathroom was disgusting… I went back to the front desk and told them my family and I couldn’t stay here… I never stayed there, I had to go back on Hotels.com to book another hotel.."

"Staff was friendly breakfast was good, only issue was leaking toilet that was never addressed. Hotel overall seemed very cold temperature wise anytime I was outside my room."
