"We had to get up early to make the ferry the next day. The rooms were not very sound protected, at 2:30am several other rooms were really loud and it went on until almost 4:00am. I called the front desk twice during that time. I would recommend a policy for those that disturb quiet time, be asked to leave at that time. The front desk lady in the morning was very apologetic and actually refunded our money. But that didn’t make up for our lacking sleep while traveling."

"This hotel is disgusting. It should be poor quality no choice hotels I don’t even know how they call themselves a hotel that’s not even a motel that’s a crack den. There was roaches in the first room and the second room that they switched us to live roaches running around had to be killed. There was holes in the ceiling. The door have been kicked in deadbolt and chain lock did not work so the door gave light in and also air. It was dry blood on the headboard and dry blood on the floor by the nightstand I took pictures of everything should be condemned. No one should be allowed to stay here definitely not allowed to pay to stay there. It was disgusting and then he talking about he give a free night. No one wants to stay there any night a free night at the next night, not even the night that we stayed there"
