"Super Lage, direkt an der Karlsbrücke. Grundsätzlich auch gute saubere Zimmer, leider war unser Zimmer aber muffig und hatte offensichtlich einen Wasserschaden vorher gehabt. Nach Bitte um Tausch des Zimmers konnte dies nach einer Nacht gewährleistet werden. Frühstück einfach, aber ausreichend."

"The room was very hot, about 10C above the outdoor temperature, there is no AC. There is an odd smell in the room. Although the location is right in the Old Town, take a pass on this hotel."

"This was a great hotel for our three day stay in Prague. The staff was very helpful and the location unbeatable. This is a quaint old hotel and it is well maintained. My husband is in a wheelchair and they made every accommodation. This hotel offers airport transfers which we used in one direction. Fixed price, no hassle transfers. I would highly recommend."

Otherwise, very comfortable rooms and living space, very clean, extremely well located in the city - you are 30 seconds from the main canal! The team was very responsive and we had no issues there.
