"The support service was poor. After I complained about the issues in the room, after 24 hours, the cleaning staff temporarily tried to address the issue. There is no maintenance on the site. It is shared with another site. The room was clean when I checked in but during my stay of 3 days the room was not cleaned. The balcony was clean. The building and room code was sent at 3:50 pm. At least the building should have been opened for little early arrival with access to bathrooms,

"I loved everything, especially the location, I could walk to everything we needed. It was clean. The young lady who was the host when we checked in on 8/21/26 was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't like was there was no seat cover on the toilet. Whenever we flushed it, the germs from the toilet floated everywhere"
