"Breakfast had a lot of variety and was kept clean. Paulo deserves a 5 ⭐️He was very helpful, created a map for us and offered suggestions for places to eat and go. The front desk could be more welcoming. Rooftop was hit or miss on being open. Location of hotel was good. Lots of restaurants within walking distance."

"Clean nicely decorated apartment. Great water pressure. Excellent air conditioning. Great sound proof shutters. Would have liked a location finder such as the restaurant located across the street, Restaurante Torreao since our driver left us in the middle of the street, two streets away late at night. Also maybe I missed the fact there is no elevator and we were on second floor with luggage. My husband has walking issues so for us this was very difficult both ways. I realize these were my issues but just so others know. The nightlife underneath the windows was muffled well. The apartment was very nice and great bed to sleep in. "

"The hotel could not be better placed, as it sits right in the heart of the pedestrian district within minutes of the river front or major sights. ( be aware that on arrival of this reason, a taxi needs to drop you around the corner). The staff are very kind and helpful; we had a queued before we arrived and had a very courteous phonecall. Room was large, incredibly quiet and well equipped, nice to have free water on the table and small milk ( plus kettle in cupboard ) in fridge. Very good bed. Breakfast was buffet style and plentiful with lots of excellent choice, rapidly refreshed. We didn’t use the restaurant for dinner as it was closed initially ( very start of season). Lots of choices nearby. Overall an excellent stay and I would most definitely recommend this hotel. "
