"Excellent service, above and beyond. Very nice hotel and rooms were perfect. Convenient access to Mayo. My only complaints would be no microwave in rooms and no help with luggage. Just had my leg amputated. "

"The beds were hard and the pillows mushy but the breakfast was ideal and they obviously had Mayo patients in mind. And the tunnels to Mayo were sooooooooo nice."
