"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful, willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are: 1. The Wifi is only work strongly at the main bedroom for my unit no.11 2. The floor of our unit when we check in wasn't...

"Excellent location in Old Town, clean and quiet property and a great price!"

"Good location for Energylandia. Couldn't fully work the A/C but wasn't a massive issue. Breakfast was good. I think the property should look at having a dinner service. Otherwise there is a Bro House 5min walk away and there is also a good size deli/grocery store there too. Only there a night so suited needs well. If it could sort a deal for some shared transport to the park too that would be amazing! Also I hear that Western Camp get discounted Fast passes?"

Danke!!"

"The apartment itself is clean and in a great location. However, future guests should be aware of two important issues. First, there is no elevator, which made hauling two large suitcases up to the third floor a real workout; this definitely needs to be stated upfront in the listing description. Second, there was a persistent, strong odor coming from the bathroom that seemed structural (likely plumbing-related) rather than a cleanliness issue. It significantly impacted our stay. With those two...

"Nice staying in a comfortable and clean room with all the necessary staff and a wonderful view!"

"The property is of a very high standard and is in a perfect location. The communication with the owner was very quick and easy, and I was sent a list of recommended places to eat. We would highly recommend staying here."

Czysto i przyjemnie. Pokecam po raz kolejny. "

"Small but close to everything"

"Clean and comfortable for staying here."

"Close to sights. Quiet. Easy to check in. Nicely done up room"

"Lobby staff was very helpful. There was luggage storage. Rooms were clean. Close distance to city square and I would recommend this property to others."
