The hotel is wears its Brazilian heart on its sleeve. It felt very sunny, regardless of the weather. The U15 tram takes you within 100m of the hotel. My only complaint would be that my bed was too soft for my ageing back."

"Beautiful craftsmanship seen throughout it, bartender was a humorous fellow, and all the staff was great. Breakfast was delicious as well with good showers and the bed was comfy. Our room had a sunroom, not just a deck, so it made it possible to enjoy tea in the brisk morning. One note, the carpet is older, but beauty of the woodwork, marble, and other aspects more then make up for it."
