"In the middle of the nite there are lots of police car sirens, some drunks talk loudly, and the worst was a couple of drunks fighting loudly and involve police. It was weekend nite though.."

"Good location with easy 10-15 walk to wherever you’d want to be. The apartment is clean and comfortable . Limited parking is available on site for a small fee. Public parking also nearby and night time street parking nearby is free. The front staff were very thoughtful and helpful. "

"The staff are very friendly. They were patient and very helpful with my questions. We love the room, 2 bedrooms upstairs with shaded windows open to the living area, lovely and romantic. And it’s very clean everywhere. My daughter asked, can we stay here every time we come Christchurch?"
