We were on the second floor and the smell of pool chemicals in the hallway was almost unbreathable. A dirty rag was let in the sink. The trash can was left in the middle on the entry way. No body wash in the bathroom. Toilet was so low it was a struggle to use. Ice machine was broken. The breakfast was offered a very short window. They seemed to be understaff. I would never stay...

To change the reservation I was charged a LARGE fee and Expedia had false advertising free change/cancellation! They do allow the change but claim TRU charges a fee of so basically my 2 night stay changed to 1 night for same price as 2 nights! It was a legit nightmare. "Bathrooms were filthy, poop on toilet seat and no toilet paper. Restaurant/bar and breakfast were advertised but the restaurant was closed due to health and safety. Patio was also closed. It’s located just off a freeway and not close to anything. I would strongly advise looking at an alternative hotel. "
