But we booked a king suite and didn’t find out until after check in there were none available… didn’t mention at check in but until after we got in the room. Coffee and breakfast was supposed to be available until 10 but the coffee was all gone by 9 so a little disappointing. Would stay again but know to get there earlier"

"Check in was easy with plenty of staff. The rooms and hotel property were clean and updated. The hotel is centrally located downtown next to the Gerald Ford and Grand Rapids Museum. It has all the amenities one needs including complimentary parking. We stayed the night to enjoy a concert at the Van Andel arena. "Very disappointed. The hotel was extremely clean but could not get maid service on the second night after three requests. They had no clean towels untill 8PM. The shades would not go down and they would not fix them. Pool and fitness center were not very nice at all. "This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. "The hot tub is out of order they didn't tell us, the parking in this place is abysmal and confusing, and the check-in process was a nightmare from hell, they didn't have any of our room available and clean and they kick you out by 11:00 they have 11 to 4 to clean the rooms, that is a management and HR issue, I doubt I'll ever stay here again...."
