"The communication was inconsistent. They make promises they dont keep - like grocery orders they forget to purchase, and pantry access for more toilet paper that you can't access. Instead they changed my room access code due to "miscommunication". The floor was filthy, it turned my white socks actually black, and the room was suffocatingly hot. The price was equal to a decent hotel in a much nicer area, but I booked it for the convenience of a washer/dryer. That machine was a nightmare that...

"The apartment is lovely & in a excellent location.
The check in process however was terrible as I was given the incorrect codes meaning I was waiting outside the apartment for approximately 1 hr before another guest arrived with the correct code.
No wifi instructions within the apartment"

"The room only had one chair where the TV was where the pictures showed a love seat. we requested a new room there were non available. We planned for 3 nights only stayed 1 we canceled the other 2 nights waiting for a refund. The unit was not comfortable for two people. It was made to accommodate 1 person not 2. "Fabulous location and very clean and modern. It’s like a tiny bedroom so not a room to lounge in all day but perfect for exploring the area. My only suggestion would be to have a locker on site you could leave luggage until check in."

"Väldigt fin och rymlig lägenhet med två badrum, utrustat kök och tvättmöjligheter. Olivolja, disk- och tvättmedel fanns. Det som var dåligt var att sängarna var små, två queen size (ca 140 cm breda) räcker inte för 4 vuxna, speciellt inte om man inte är ett par ;-)."
