"The lamp outlet was not working, so we had to push the nightstand that sits between the two beds in order to use the outlet from the lamp. My husband uses a CPAP machine at night and needs an outlet. In this case, there wasn’t even an outlet available to charge our phone.
The towels were dirty (staff from main desk is aware and I showed her a picture).
The heater wasn’t working when we got there, and I had to call staffing for someone to come and fix it.
And both beds were wobbly.
Quite disappointed with our stay. "

"The room met our needs and we used the pool and the gym during our visit. There is some wear and tear showing, but we had no issues with our room. The staff managing the breakfast area were super friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for us and is in close proximity to shopping (Costco / big box) and restaurants (Kelsey’s / The Keg)."
