Staff at front desk left shift late at night and were already back mid morning the next day. It appeared they may be remodeling as I could smell paint and saw some painters. "Check in took 45 minutes; they blamed Expedia and charged me more for the realigning balance than what my receipt said. The Club House is nice and modern. You can tell the campers are beaten up: doors do not close, chipped wood on doors and cabinets. Dirty floor only swept not mopped. Broken rails on the deck."

"Had a great stay with my family. Only drawback were the thin walls. Each morning we were awaken (5:30 A.M.) by the small children next door running and yelling. Outside of that I would stay again and recommend Tides but with that warning."
