"It was conveniently close to the airport. So it made it very easy to get to airport for an early flight. The staff was very nice and professional. For it being so close to the airport we were surprised the plane noise was really not bad at all."

"Drunk male receptionist took ages to check us in , then given me a room I haven’t book . I have booked one family large room 145 - two green standing single beds and double bed room and I was given one double bed , one single and pull out of this bed to sleep on the floor type matrasse bed , when I questioned this he said that I was suppose to be told this when booked - nonsense I booked via this page with photos of the room - freestanding two single beds !!!"

"Stay was comfortable, breakfast was just average with both the coffee machine shutting off twice. Hotel does not even have shuttle service to the airport."

"26/27th/28th, Our weekend stay was for a wedding which was amazing! I had an issue with the rooms, my fault i double booked and the reason I gave 5 stars for staff/ service was because a lady called Diana sorted everything out for me with patience and kindness ( thankyou), also the waiting staff who served the meal were excellent, the food was quick, hot and cleared the tables very quickly with a smile. "I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors."

"Very clean place, spacious room , staff was friendly and helpful, drinks from the bar were excellent and breakfast was great well I will stay there again. The only downside was the £5 charge for room service"
