"Such a lovely hotel. We came out of the train station and it was right in front of us. Staff were lovely and the restaurant was superb. We had a deluxe room which had everything you would expect. Very comfortable bed which we were able to lie on and look out at the wonderful city lit up at night. The palace of culture was just over the road. We will return."

"It was my third time staying at NYX Warsaw Hotel and every time it is amazing! The hotel is very stylish with modern design, high tech, city views and it is located at the centre of Warsaw. The rooms are comfortable with well equipped amenities like air conditioning with heating, coffee & espresso machines, large tv and a safety deposit box with amazing city views. Friendly and helpful staff, their service was amazing and very professional which I liked. There are 2 bars, one on the rooftop...

"Ottima esperienza, menú colazione vario e buono, abbiamo avuto dei problemi con la doccia della stanza e siamo stati subito spostati in altra stanza (con upgrade e drink omaggio). Consiglierei sicuramente la struttura."

"Everything was great except the door banging. I have the impresion that the door closers in all rooms have to be adjusted. The customers let the doors close by themselves and they make an unbelivable noice, to the Point of the building shaking if few happen at the same time."

"Colazione buona ed abbastanza varia , unica pecca forse molto affollata perche tutte le camere avevano la colazione inclusa , cosa strana la camera mia e di mia moglie non è mai stata pulita in 5 notti di soggiorno mentre quella dei bambini quotidianamente .
