"My room had bed bugs. Woke up to a couple four bites on my back. Found a living one on the pillow. Took a video and showed it to front desk. They just moved me to another room. Didn’t compensate me or discount the room charges for the night I slept with bed bugs. I used to work at a hotel and it’s pretty standard procedure to refund a guest that experiences bed bugs at our hotel. Definitely not going back."

"The property was nice the staff was helpful me and my wife stayed in the jacuzzi suite which was a very nice size but the only thing we did not like was the furniture it was very uncomfortable the couch was very hard not soft so we couldn’t watch T.V The king size bed was very uncomfortable that was also hard and not soft we woke up with back aches also the shower was very slippery so we mainly swam in the pool during the day and ventured out in all I give 3 stars"

"The stay was awesome. Our room was musky-smelling but the beds were comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaned better before we arrived but it was well stocked. The hot tub was a definite perk of this hotel and the kids loved that the pool was open until 10:30. Breakfast was amazing and there were so many options.
