Too small and too old too dirty bad neighbors

Who ever took the pictures of the place did a really good job on catfishing us. The place is tiny, very tiny. And it’s a town house in the middle of other weird people that will make you uncomfortable by just standing in their porch all day. The lower level or basement had traps set for mice but it caught the scariest large roaches I’ve seen in my life. The pool table doesn’t work, all the balls slide to one side. I wouldn’t pay a penny over 100 per night for this place. Btw we fixed a lot for them. We fixed the sink, got curtains to cover the laundry, tightened like 6 tables and much more.
