"Nice rooms. Comfortable. Hot tub was out of order the entire stay. Super close to the airport. Easy for Ubber drivers to find. Restaurant food was good. You can also walk to Max's down the street which was yummy! Speedy frequent shuttle bus to airport driven by super great drivers. Best part of this hotel... The STAFF. So nice and helpful! I can not say enough about how great the staff there is."

"Broken pool shower. Wasn’t able to rinse off. Cigarette butts around pool. Dirty floor around pool. Staff wasn’t cleaning our room at all. They just made our bed, no shower gel refill and no obvious trash removal. Our room on 14th floor was outdated with ceiling paint flaking. Sofa was dirty and outdated like from 90s. Dirty carpet. Bathroom fan was working 24/7 which made sleep terrible . Was overall kinda ok, but will not come back."

"This was a good to spot to stay at when I travel to San Francisco but its starting to look and feel run down. People were in the back parking lot drinking with loud music and there was spilled beer in the second building elevator making it a smelly experience. The rooms were ok, but seemed run down. I would expect this from a motel 6 but not from a Holiday Inn. It was was still decent enough to stay in for the night but I won't be staying there again. The "parking" fee to park your car in hotel...

"Excellent location…4min walk to bart station that takes u straight to Embarcadero it takes 34mins. Parking is free which is huge plus. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Continental breakfast is available on site for a price."

"We stayed for one night. We had 3 adults. We stayed in the room with a bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. The kitchenett was quite nice. Refrigerator was very convenient. Breakfast provided eggs, yogurt and othwr food. We really felt it was convenient and good. Close location to other restaurants and Starbucks."

"The location is great if you're using the airport. They have a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes and the shuttle ride was around 5-10 min, depending on which airline you are using. There is also a nice walking trail outside the hotel that goes around a lake next to the airport. I believe the full path is 5 miles so it's nice if you want to get a little exercise.
