"Floors were dirty. Bathroom was small and smelled bad. Windows were VERY dirty and you could hardly see out of them. Very disappointed overall. This is not what I’ve come to expect at AC hotels. We didn’t stay even one night of our 4 night reservation. They still made me pay for one night even though we told them what we encountered. "

"The Roosevelt in New Orleans is a great property. Old world charm everywhere you look. The service from the valets, porters, bell hops, etc. was fantastic. It is super nice when the next day they recognize you and ask how things are going and if you need anything. We always had someone there to help whenever we needed it. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Rooms were quiet and very clean. If you like classic bars, the Sazerac Bar is special. Great selection and great staff. This is the property we will come back to next time we need a place to stay in New Orleans."

"Parking was good but expensive at $42 a night! The room was set up like an unfinished apartment. It was sparsely furnished with what looked like secondhand furniture with dents, scrapes, unmatched, and uncomfortable. There was no full-length mirror, no sink other than the bathroom one, no microwave. All in all, it was very disappointing."
