Hotel dekat Waskerly Way Bike Path

"The lady who checked in was so lovely, even took us to our room. Every member of staff asks if you need help finding anything and direct you to were you need to be. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast included in the room stay was 10/10."

"Room was clean but very cold couldn’t get the underfloor heating to work Breakfast was disappointing plate was oily eggs were overcooked beans were cold as if the were straight out of the tin as was the mushroom and tomato sausages ,bacon ,black pudding and hash brown were lukewarm and didn’t come with toast or fried bread"

"We spent the night for a firework display night, the fireworks were a let down, but the hotel, staff and restaurant all made up for it."

"Sometime awkward that no one on reception all the time"

"We enjoyed the spacious suite that had a gorgeous view of Durham Cathedral. The location was perfect walking distance to the river and attractions and restaurants in town."

"We were very happy with our stay . Beautiful hotel in an amazing location"

"First and foremost the property was clean, functional and offered value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, although our experience of room service was let down by dirty cups being left. We found the hotel lacked character, everything about it was functional and not interesting. This extended to the breakfast, our experience of which was behind not eating supper there. This is not a criticism of the hotel, it is my view. Based on reviews I expected a little more than we got....

"All in all fantastic that's why I keep going back."

"Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay - the full English I felt was a bit small for what I paid but other hot options looked pretty good - would consider that next time and the continental breakfast was good. Staff were lovely."

"Absolutely the nicest hotel around! beautiful surroundings, Definitely recommend and I'll definitely be back. Didn't try food but looks amazing too."

"Bang for buck"
