"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We had the beautiful loft room overlooking the canal.it was even better than the photos. The room was spotlessly clean. Every morning we enjoyed the complimentary coffee. The staff was wonderful and we loved the quiet walks along the canals to get to the center of town (about 15 mins). We would definitely stay again."

"The rooms are located right at the walking center of Leiden in a lovely restored building on one of the loveliest canals. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Turn left out the door to the public market and the main shopping streets. Turn right to the lovely Pieterskerk (c 1221), many nice restaurants on the Cloksteg and the old academic buildings of the venerable Leiden University and it’s famous gardens."

"Staff was super friendly, the rooms are very dark even with all the lights on and the lobby is relatively uninviting. The property location is great as it’s just a short walk to the different tram lines and conveniently located to hundreds of different local shops and restaurants."

The staff member who helped us check in was unhelpful and very sour, borderline rude. Not a good fit for the hospitality business. "The b’fast place and variety is better at moxy since they’re joining place during christmas. The place for first time kind confusing because at the bottom is moxy hotel while residence inn at 9th floor above. But location is good because it’s at centrum area "
