"I stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and 10 yr old son. We had the king bed and we were all able to sleep comfortably on one bed. The sofa was large enough to have someone sleep there if needed as well. We loved the breakfast buffet sue to their variety of food to suit many palates. The service was spectacular. Our shower didnt drain since day 1 and once we told the staff, a maintenace man was there within 10 minutes or less. It is conveniently located to walkable nail salons and 711s among restaurants and much more. 16 minute walk to the BTS station as well. I would definitely stay here again. "

"A serious shortage of staff. Beautiful dining room, but horrible service.Because the staff we're non existent. Same for the front desk. The staff that were there were professionally dressed and friendly but way too few. There was a line to check in and an extremely long line to check out. "

"We booked here about 4 hours before arriving due to flight cancellations leaving us in Bangkok for 48 hours unplanned. We arrived at the hotel and it was clean, friendly and just what we needed. Waking up the next day we were able to fully appreciate the beauty of the hotel, the courtyard and the restaurants. Its perfectly situated near Robinson Mall which is packed full of eateries and shops."
