"In my room the air con did not work, and the window was on to the main road so it was quite loud. The bed was actually really comfortable, but the shower was not great. The location next to the airport was very convenient. So quite a mixed review."

"Very disappointing and misleading experience This property was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description at all. The conditions were poor and felt uninhabitable. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed. "The room is horrible they didn’t fix the ceiling and full of the smell of weed and there is hole on the wall the sofa is dirty and stained . I would like to ask for the refund . "

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"Spotlessly clean room. Reception staff were really helpful with my queries. Fresh food and good array of drinks and of course PERFECTLY situated for the O2! This will be my first choice of hotels for O2 visits going forward, and probably a consideration for none o2 visit stays as the Jubilee line is super fast. "
