"Very disappointing and misleading experience This property was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description at all. The conditions were poor and felt uninhabitable. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed. "No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"Location of the Clarendon is a 15 minute bus ride from the 02. Bus stop directly outside, with frequent arrival and departure 24 hours. Arriving at the hotel we was able to park in the hotel parking to the rear with pleanty of spaces. 1st impressions of the hotel did not dissapoint as we was greeted with a clean spacious lobby and very well presented, smiling receptionist.
