Hotel murah di Waterloo

"We left in the early morning to visit relatives. When we returned at 2:30pm I room had not been cleaned. We talked to the front desk and were assured it would be done within an hour. We went to the pool and returned at 4:30. It had not been done and no one ever showed up to do it. Tacky!"

"The ENTIRE staff at the Best Western Plus in Jefferson, WI were fantastic! Friendly and helpful....always a smile to make you feel welcome, too."

"The staff were very unapproachable and whenever we asked for assistance they seemed annoyed by us. The breakfast room doors were always closed and it was like they did not want us in there. And while we were in the breakfast room it was absolutely disgusting. Split/stuck on food everywhere that looked like it had been there for a LONG time. We went to go swimming and there were band-aids, spiders, debris all throughout the pool. We had to grab the cleaner and scoop items out prior to going in. ...

"Clean efficien"

"The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast that included both hot and cold options. Checking in and out was seamless. We will stay again if in the Watertown area."

"Older property, not very stained, was more of a lower budget, long term resident situation."

"The positive: we liked the location. The negatives: the room had a strongly bad odor when we arrived and never got better. The bathroom floor and toilet were dirty. There was only one bracket where there was supposed to be a towel rack. Needs a new shower head(was not really adjustable) and shower curtain. It looked like they were attempting to fix up the front entrance with gardening items, but it was junky looking."

"Room floor was horribly stained, shower door wouldn’t close, the shower itself was stained in the cracks, I didn’t want to look too closely at in the corners! I honestly wouldn’t stay at this hotel again."

"Our room was very dirty. The tub was dirty and there were cobwebs everywhere. The carpet was very stained. The room had a bad mold smell. There was a light tan recliner in the room that was so dirty, we could not sit in it. I would not revisit this property."
