Front desk staff admitted to Expedia agent the issues but said wasn’t approval person to give refund. Expedia attempted to reach approving manager who wouldn’t respond. Will be disputing thru credit card company. Left next morning of 4 scheduled nights. I’d have left that first night except I’d been traveling for 11...

"My stay was a day shortened by one night. I checked out but it wasn't recorded. I was charged for a night I wasn't there. I also notified the office the night before I would be checking out."

"Plenty of parking, helpful staff and the rooms were pristinely maintained."

"I'm sorry to say the room was too cold and I couldn't use the control to fix it. The key card is difficult to use and I couldn't figure out how to use it for the TV. Also the faucet in the shower seemed to be broken. I had a sink bath. Over all the property was quiet, sound of door slams and such was practically non-existent. But the bed was very comfy! I rather enjoyed the atmosphere & would recommend it to my friends."

"There are no coffee pots in your room. I'm assuming owner... is not friendly at all. Customer service skills are horrible and not friendly. The only thing good about this place is there a place to rest your head. Spend a little bit more money and get a better hotel with better quality, cleanliness, and staff. All I ever see is one person here so I don't know what "staff" they're asking about. The rooms are disgusting. I literally had to wipe everything down myself and there was still filth...

"There was no wifi connection in room 204. Zero. The A/C worked well."

"The room was clean and organized. The hotel was also conveniently located near the I-80 highway. It’s in a quiet and secluded area with easy access for travelers in the road. However, there isn’t a free breakfast and there are no microwaves in the room, so be aware before booking."

"Check in/out staff were very friendly and welcoming. Only drawbacks were road construction, pool not operational at time of visit, bathroom showing wear and tear. Older and used. Breakfast was good with varied options."
