"The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room had weird looking water on the floor in front of the fridge. The floor was also sticky. She quickly gave us a different room. She was so wonderful and accommodating. When we entered the second room, we found the floor to be sticky as well which seemed to be what often happens if the mop water or mop wasn’t clean. We dealt with it - it was only for a night. The location is excellent. There’s several restaurants and a Panera up...

"Not sure where to to start! Upon arrival, I saw homeless people hanging out, drug deals going down, and was approached by a prostitute. I spent the night, but after being harassed by a prostitute, again, this time before 9 am, I asked the clerk for a refund. I was told I could change rooms, but wasn't receiving a refund because I had booked "through a third party" ..."

"The stay was okay, but you definitely get what you pay for. The room was very humid, there wasn’t always someone at the front desk depending on the time, and we even got a call before checkout asking if we were leaving early.
