"This hotel is conveniently located near Russell Square, British Museum and the Picadilly Line. Older building with nice modern touches. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. "The Library" was a great place for a yummy breakfast or a late nightcap. "

"Excellent hotel. For unknown reasons we were upgraded to a suite and it was fantastic with heated bathroom floor, sitting area with "fireplace", and complimentary waters, beer and coke in the mini-fridge. Staff was very helpful. Bell staff engaged in friendly conversation while we waited for a cab or uber. Enjoyed the extensive breakfast. Quality hotel all around."

"The English breakfast included with the Stay was very good as were the options to have other sides with the meal i.e; yogurt, fruit, cereal, Red and White Cheese, coffee, and tea etc. Well worth the fee."

"The room was small but extremely charming. High level of aesthetic. I'm mildly uncomfortable with small spaces, but despite the narrow width of the room I never found the place uncomfortable. Initially I had some issues with getting some of the lights on, but when I asked – the girl came up and showed me how they worked. Overall, a very pleasant place and I'd definitely stay there again. "For those traversing the north of England through to Europe this is a great hotel nestled between Kings Cross and St Pancras. Very welcoming staff and individual rooms .. well worth a try. You may get a little lost at first (especially finding the bar) but persevere as worth it."

"The internet was ok. Very nice, clean room. Very expensive by Canadian standards. There was one man who worked at the registration desk who just never smiled. But everyone else was very friendly. Security could be better. We would definitely stay again. "

"Great place if you just want a room. Small room and property was quite clean and everything worked. The check-in process was super easy and staff was very friendly. I got exactly what I paid for in a great neighborhood close to the train station, university, British Museum and a ton of shopping and restaurants. The room I got was great for a short stay. Would definitely look at larger room sizes if you were going to be in town more than two days."
