We were allowed to register early and park the car hours before an appointment in Boston for which, to avoid city driving, we used Lyft. "The parking garage on property was a huge plus! Staff was so friendly and our rooms were spacious and very clean! The only issue was we paid for a premium room with a view of the lake but were placed on the 5th floor and our only view was of the roof and solar panels! Other than that no complaints! "

The front Desk needs some help it was a young staff who seemed bothered when you checked in or out or if you needed something because they were too busy on their Cell Phones. Our Room needed Updating, but there were signs saying they were in the middle of updating. I have been to plenty of Best Westerns and this one needs some staff help on keeping...

"If you want to stay in the nosiest hotel ever. Pick this one. The doors have these new locks on them that are incredibly loud when the doors close. So at 3am when people start moving around you hear every door open and close. No matter how soft you try to close it. Not one good night sleep. The hotel has a funny smell and the breakfast is meh . I’d skip it and stay in another hotel next time "

"The room was very nice. The bed was kind a little to the floor with only one mattress on it. The bathroom is beautiful with the seeds inside the shower. The TV was pretty good. I said think about him George on the screen that was nice that was it. It was a nice room and we enjoyed our stay."
