Terri was a wonderful host full of local knowledge. Would highly recommend. Crosscombe was a lovely village with a great pub serving good food. There was a bar at the b and b."

"Called for one while exploring the Somerset Levels. Perfect location for managed to book the last room, this was the largest of all the rooms available comfortable, clean & very spacious. The propriter was very welcoming on arrival and made us tea to take in the rear."

"This was an old building, and we expected it to have a few cobwebs, and yet there were none. restaurant staff were great and very obliging, especially on the day we overslept breakfast. The manager could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was spectacularly overwhelming, and the bar, given it was a bit small, managed still to be friendly, warm and inviting. We booked this hotel as a previous hotel mis-booked us, the George and Pilgrims was a serendipitous find"

"Had a wonderful couple of nights at 8 Owls in Glastonbury. Lilija was super responsive and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, and the location next to the High Street and all the shops was great for us. Loved all of the Owls and other details around the property and the terrace at the top was a great bonus. Would definitely stay again."

"UNIQUE!!!!!?? in room 7 to turn the light on over the mirror__rotate the bulb!!! I liked that. Double aspect room. Excellent. Everything was spotless. All fixtures and fittings in the room were top quality and imacculately installed. Excellent breakfast. To nit- pic, the toilet was set too high off the floor. One less robust pillow would have been nice. There seemed to be no lighting to the front of the building, maklng it difficult to locate in the dark. I would definitely stay again."
