"The walls are super thin. We could hear the person across the hall taking a shower with their room door closed, our door closed and the tv on. You can hear everything. Having the better tub in the room was nice just extremely loud while running."

"The hotel was pretty nice but the guy at the front counter wasn’t great. Our first room smelled really musty so we asked for a different room. He came up to smell the room after giving us a different room. The new room’s bathroom door was locked and we asked him to unlock it. He never came to do it. "This is our favorite hotel in the Louisville area. I fly in every 2-3 months to visit family and this is our preferred place to stay. Why? The rooms are spacious, the bed is great, the shower has good water pressure, the AC works great and the breakfast is very nice. It checks all the boxes. It's clean, safe and always dependable. I highly recommend this hotel and we'll continue to stay there when we're in Louisville."
