"Great location, big car park and handy that you can park outside your block. Nice large room that was modern and comfortable with a balcony and large bathroom. Suggestion would be hooks on bathroom door and bedroom door as no where to hang coats. Also the bedspread and display pillows need to be cleaned. Apart from that, 4 mins to Chipping Norton and 8 mins to farm shop, would stay again. Good for kids as could have close rooms. Thought lift was excellent and interactions that we had with staff...

"Tried to arrange everything in advance for a stay with my mum, who has mobility issues. Staff were very accomodating, however, everything was a little further away than they made it out to be. Which did cause some issues. Fine if you are a wheelchair user, but my mum uses crutches to get around. It was not that easy for her. Rooms are very basic, for the price and the attraction of "Horwood House". Be careful, the beds are on wheels, which surprised my mum, as she almost fell off. They are also...

"Parking was quite tight but perfectly adequate the 2 nights we stayed. The bar and restaurant were absolutely fantastic and the staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming. "

"We were made very welcome from the moment we arrived. Shown to our room, which was very nice and cosy. We had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed a drink to go with it. "Beautiful Location, relaxed atmosphere. Good sized room, if a little overpriced. Hotel was clean, toilets well serviced. Walls a little thin (or I had noisy neighbours :-) ) Reception Staff super helpful and friendly. "The property was well located and with free onsite parking. The room was a good size with en suite and very very clean. Helen was lovely and very attentive. The breakfast was perfect, well cooked and very tasty. Would recommend very highly."
