"The rooms are excellent- spacious and well appointed, modern and clean, and finally with an iron and ironing board! The breakfast buffet met expectations…., but I don’t think I met any staff member who was able to do their job without difficulty. There was a technical issue that made check-in lengthy, and the taps weren’t working at the bar. At evening meal time, there was only one person serving there. "Our family vacationed in Brussels and stayed at Pullman Brussels Centre Midi for three nights. The check-in process was easy, and our room was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the hotel’s location right next to the train station, which made it very convenient to travel to our daily destinations and attractions. "Not recommended for the following reasons: (1) During my stay in room 621 (from 27–31 May 2026), the shower malfunctioned every single night, suddenly releasing water at high pressure from the shower head in the middle of the night.
