"The entire staff at this hotel was remarkable. The price to stay here for 4 nights with kids was affordable and worth it. The accommodations of restaurant and bar available to purchase food despite cold weather outside was very convenient. I would definitely go back and book with this hotel again. "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
