The staff at the marketplace were not very accommodating & prices were super high for what was purchased. The room was great & the housekeeping staff provided many things we needed. However, after two of the 4 night stay, we didn’t receive a room cleaning or weren’t asked about it. Weird. The location is exceptional & made traveling the city very convenient. "

"Room was clean, staff was attentive and kind, housekeeping came quick. The only issue we had was the elevator. Took a very long time to get to our floor and when we were on it it would open on random floors and no one was there. "

The rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable — perfect for resting after a busy day in the city. Highly recommend for anyone wanting the best of Times Square without the chaos!"
