"The beat"

"The property was excellent. We booked a double queen room, however, upon entering Room 802 we discovered that the two beds touched each other. This made it very difficult to get in and out of the beds for at least two of us. Needless to say, at least two of us could not sleep very well, leaving a very uncomfortable time for all."

"高層階指定のプレミアムルームだったので、景色は素晴らしかった。ベッドとタオル、シャワーとバスタブ、トイレは清潔にされていたけど、景色を見るのが遮られるほど、窓が汚かったため、自分で清掃した。また、気づきにくいと思うが、テーブルに隠れた椅子に前日のものと思われる食べ物のシミが複数付いていて、拭かないと座れなかった。さらに最悪なのは、トイレの排水が二度流しても、汚物とペーパーが逆流して戻ってくるみたい。こんなトイレは初めて。一人旅で良かった。"

"Towels in the room were so bad. Almost they had a hole. It said time square but it is not. You have easily 5 blocks to time square."

"The location is great, and the cleaning is spotless! However, I wouldn’t suggest the breakfast—it’s just a bagel or croissant with regular coffee. There are some fantastic breakfast spots nearby. Also, the bathtub was clogged, and I had to report it twice. The second time, I had to go to the reception to get the maintenance team to fix it."

"The room was incredibly clean and kept well. I loved the design of the bathroom because of the tiled flooring. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast however was basic. It was juice, cereal, pastries, tea, etc. but no hot food. Overall, it was good."

"An elegant old landmark building. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. I would stay here again. The restaurant Nice Matin is excellent as well if you crave a late dinner delivered to your room or eat in the restaurant in the same building."

"Old, dirty, chipped paint, hard bed, stained/ burnt carpet, stains on the wall. It was honestly crazy. The front desk was nice though lol."

"Café da manhã muito bom, banheiro espaçoso, bastante espelho. A cama boa porém afundava um pouco, e a água do box vazava um pouco pra fora. Nada que afetou a nossa estadia. Localização perfeita do lado da times square, pontos de ônibus e trens, fácil acesso a toda cidade. Academia boa tbm. Tudo muito limpo. Conseguimos espelhar nosso celular na televisão para assistir YouTube, prime e netflix."
