"There were a number of things that made our stay worth a recommendation for others. Lovely old British-style Inn feel. Easy walk to the underground station. Quiet rooms. Easy check in. Great breakfast. Responsive management. Clean. Toiletries supplied. Teacup big enough for a good cup. Tea, coffee, and milk supplied in room. And the adorable kettle for hot water. "Great location - close to Heathrow, easy to locate, private car park. Close to local convenience shop and a pub. Beautiful old guest home, with some lovely features; However, we were left waiting on the doorstep to get greeted for over 10 minutes, no apology from staff, later had an apology from owner for her daughter not hearing the door. We were told we could help ourselves to cereal, coffee etc from the dining room, as we were leaving at 645am for the airport, but the was only 1 bowl...

"We had difficulty obtaining the check in information. This was through Vrbo so you are given the code to a lock box with the keys to the building and your room. We stood in the rain for about 30 minutes trying to get the information. The room itself was good. There was a nice bed and a huge closet. We stayed one night and a reasonable price. There is a hotel with a restaurant open to the public about 2 blocks away. Great pizza and beer. "

"We booked 7 nights in this Apartment… it was a horrible huge mistake.. Nothing on this Apartment was working… The Apartment Lady was also very Rude.. There were uncountable things to be Complained and things to be repaired in this Apartment but it seems like the owner doesn’t care.. We do not recommend any other People to book this Apartment, if u ignore our Comment and do then you are gonna have fun… Good luck.."

"My stay at Grand Airport Ensuites was disappointing from start to finish. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, and I had to call them before arrival to figure out how to access my room.
