    Clean and convenient to car rental return and Heathrow airport. Been here twice now. There were parked cars in the drive both times which we blocked in. Thar was unnerving because you hope that nobody blocks you in or somebody wants to leave. We emailed the first time because we were concerned. That could do with explaining when you book. …

    I really enjoyed my night at this property. The only issue I had was the little I for regarding the shuttle service. I knew there was a shuttle service but had I known that the shuttle goes around to various other hotels before taking you to the airport (about half hour), I would have planned to leave the hotel earlier than the time I left. I'm used to the shuttle service taking you directly from the hotel to the airport. And it would have been great to know this wasn't the case with this service. So make sure to check your timing and leave earlier to avoid having to rush when you're at the airport. Other than that, I'd definitely stay at this property again! …
