"Stayed for three nights and very much enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, clean room. Very friendly staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping, not to mention the nice ladies working in the breakfast room (special kudos to Navjot and Sendra). The airport shuttle was excellent, and the free laundry room was a definite plus. All of that at a reasonable price. You can't go wrong by choosing this hotel. "

"Very well organized hotel, close to LHR. Staff was super helpful and welcoming. They had all needed accessories available on reception, from umbrellas for hire to international electricity transformer for purchase. Room was clean and well equipped, including electric cattle, and coffee and tea you can make for yourself at any time. "Really friendly service & great welcome. Local recommendations. Very close to easy transport links.
I can't comment on breakfast as I had an early start and unable to assess eco-friendliness, as a late night arrival and early departure, only staying for the one night.
Hotel has been refurbished since my last stay here 3-4years ago, and is now very fresh & clean. I have already booked again for a future trip."

However, it was noisy, at least the room faced towards the busy street. You could hear every single car through the closed window, someone's car alarm sounded in the middle of the night. Next time the house undergoes a refurbishment they ought to put another layer of windows at this room. "
