"Good sized shower with plenty of flow and hot water.
Lots of places to eat nearby that were open 'til 11pm and later.
Arrived at 4pm and managed to get the last parking space.
The room was small, but we were only stopping one night so was absolutely fine for us, it was a bit warm, but it had an appropriately light duvet.
Uber from Terminal 5 cost approximately £38 (£8 of which was for uber to enter the pick up point)"

"We had difficulty obtaining the check in information. This was through Vrbo so you are given the code to a lock box with the keys to the building and your room. We stood in the rain for about 30 minutes trying to get the information.
The room itself was good. There was a nice bed and a huge closet. We stayed one night and a reasonable price. There is a hotel with a restaurant open to the public about 2 blocks away. Great pizza and beer. "

"My stay at Grand Airport Ensuites was disappointing from start to finish. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, and I had to call them before arrival to figure out how to access my room. Only then did I learn that they require a security deposit, something not mentioned anywhere on the website or booking confirmation.

"We booked 7 nights in this Apartment… it was a horrible huge mistake.. Nothing on this Apartment was working… The Apartment Lady was also very Rude.. There were uncountable things to be Complained and things to be repaired in this Apartment but it seems like the owner doesn’t care..
