Really recommend this hotel if you are in transit and need a place to stay by Heathrow. Wonderful warm and pleasant staff. Clean property and very comfortable room with good coffee and tea also!! Thank you for making my stay so comfortable during a stressful journey.

The staff were fantastic here, couldnt be freindlier and more helpful, but the room was DIRTY! Mould in the bathroom, and generally in a terrible state of repair. The room smelt of urine and was incredibly small. Not reccomended at all. However, the staff at the front desk were very helpful and ...

Strand Palace Hotel
Breakfast was great. The rooms were exceptionally nice. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The location is fantastic for walking to shops, restaurants and tourist sites.

What a lovely apartment! It felt like a home away from home. It had a small kitchenette, dishwasher, laundry machine and kitchen table. The Gate London City
Great hotel, I asked for a high fooor and was on a he 16th- amazing view. Very well equipped, super clean, comfy bed, nice toiletries, decent free coffee and a coffee pod machine on the room. Really impressed with it was overall
