"There’s a fine line between a “stripped back” aesthetic being a design choice and just being unfinished and scruffy. Unfortunately, this was a little too on the scruffy side. Also, extremely hot during the night with no ability to open a window. The walls are also very thin so you can hear everything going on next door as well as the pub until 12:30am (which is quite cosy if you don’t mind that kind of thing). However, staff were lovely and the breakfast in the sister hotel was amazing. Good...

"Clean Room. Difficult to Park"

"Stayed 1 night after going to Wembley for an evening kick off. Staff were really friendly especially on the breakfast service. Hotel decor was excellent, room and bathroom spotless. Cracking nights sleep in a comfortable bed and the area around hotel was very very quiet at night so no disturbance. Bayswater Underground Station literally just round corner with 3 decent pubs in between. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back for another stay."

"La ubicación es excepcional, el personal es muy amable y profesional,estamos muy agradecidos porque nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Lo unico no tan bueno es el estado de las habitaciones, se las ve bastante viejas y les falta actualización. Cortinas viejas, cuarto de baño muy viejo, moqueta en el suelo muy antigua. Si embargo lo recomendaremos por el fantástico personal, por su trato agradable tan o en el checkin como en los desayunos. La limpieza de habitación estaba muy bien realizada....

"Zimmer waren sauber. Relativ klein aber für London normal. Alles wichtige war vorhanden. Keine EU Stecker. Das sollte jedem klar sein. Personal war freundlich. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht. Frühstückskaffee war sehr lecker! Auswahl beim Frühstück eher überschaubar und immer dasselbe. Es hat gereicht aber war nix besonderes. Ab dem fünften Tag Toast mit Wurst wünscht man sich mal Eier oder Eierkuchen oder Brötchen. Irgendwie was anderes. Essen und Bier im Pub etwas teurer aber noch normal für...

"I am a bit disappointed to be honest. I’ve stayed here before and used to live on this road and know how noisy it can be, so I messaged ahead and asked for a room on a higher floor. I got given a room above the night exit and bins on the first floor. Cue 11pm and 2am wake up calls from staff putting out the bins and dragging furniture around every single night. I slept so badly the whole time I was there. The pub has gone through a bit of a refurb which is nice, but it does feel like it’s lost...

"They hotel had double booked and we were turned away. No room. As two elderly travellers I was appalled to have to drive straight back home 100 miles in the evening. Staff just said they couldn't help"
