"The public areas are stunning-beautiful architecture and art. However, the rooms are less than stellar. The clerk was very short & rude at check-in when I inquired about parking. We ended up getting a switch on our room immediately after checkout due to a strong mildew smell in the hallway that somehow worsened in our room as well as a dirty toilet. Carpets were very dirty with huge stains, there was no pool contrary to advertizement, & bathrooms were very small and the tub wasnt even wide enough to stand with your feet at shoulder-width. The gentlemen providing bell services were kind. We did not partake in any of the dining nor beverage options while here. Overall, the private areas absolutely did not live up to the Hilton name or what I would expect of the brand. "

"The room, the amenities, the location were awesome. The only negative was not being able to check in until 5pm due to our room not being ready. This made traveling with two small children a little more challenging."

"Room: missing thermostat, A/C unit in the room smelled funny and made noised when it was running. The Smart TV wasn't a smart tv but only a hospitality TV. Because of the unsecured network, we could only watch live TV and couldn't even connect to our own hotspot to use the Smart options on the TV. Food options: The Fifth restaurant was only open for breakfast and then sporadically for dinner even though it had a lunch and dinner menu. There were no options to eat there except for breakfast. The Eighteen Rotating Restaurant was an option but was seemingly expensive and needed reservations. Staff: Front desk took all of our concerns but didn't seem to work on the Thermostat and A/C issue we told them about. However, there were very good about switching our room when the door of the first room we had wouldn't close. "

"Finding the lobby was a bit confusing. It was nice not having to leave the building for breakfast. Everything was great. Parking was inconvenienced by not having working elevators. Overpriced for hotel guests."

"If I could rate this place in the negatives I would. From a tiny bed to bugs crawling everywhere, it was awful. The pictures are not accurate. Walls super thin, constant noise from the apartment up top. Construction early in the morning and dogs constantly barking over top of us. The apartment is extremely small, wayy to small for more than one guest. It was all bad. "
