Semi, Christina, Scott, Braun are just a few of the staff that I can remember that made our stay wonderful, and treated us like royalty while staying there. "When you stay at a boutique hotel there are different expectations a guest must have. The Symphony Hotel offers a comfortable bed, but a close living space. The room is furnished in an antique motif, with a mini-fridge, a Firestick TV, and that's nice but you really can't move freely in a room that compact (one chair, no desk). "Do not take your truck, they can’t accommodate bigger vehicles so parking is an issue. Also we asked for a one hour late check out and we were told nope. Not real accommodating."

"Did not have warm water. After 1 minute cold water the entire room smelled like a sewer. The bath was also moving 1-2 cm. In the elevator there was the wetter of Jan-2026. We are now end of July. Did receive an other room but after the switch we left one adapter in the old room and we noties this and were able to have a look. The adapter was gone and the next day we requested of housekeeping had found if but unfortunately not. Old tired furniture, not worth Westin standard. Only positive things...

"This was our second stay at this SpringHill Suites. Everything was very clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was excellent for most of my family, but gluten free options were lacking. (I have celiac disease, and was able only to eat yogurt for breakfast) so some prepackaged gluten free items like muffins would be nice additions."

"The picture when we booked the rooms were beautiful. When we arrived the bed was like sleeping on concrete. We had popcorn in our room that we didn't have. We was so upset about the stay we left at 3:30 in the morning. We had to sleep on a sofa because the bed was so bad."
