"The listing said breakfast was included, but it was just coffee. The element outside the hotel was not great, e.g. someone sleeping in their car and sketchy looking folks outside. Fortunately, the room was clean and fine."

"Our room was fantastic! We had a very spacious room with a king bed and a separate living room area. The hotel restaurant was very good, especially for seafood. The hotel is close to Longwood Gardens and Chaddsford Winery. We also found a wonderful restaurant nearby called the Naked Olive. We had a wonderful weekend."

"My granddaughter, grandson and I loved the fact that our accommodations were in a train caboose. The train car was actually on railroad tracks!! The interior was very clean and well maintained. The grounds were clean. The staff were very friendly. We went on an Amish buggy tour which was very enjoyable. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at Casey Jones which is on the grounds. "We enjoyed a wonderful overnight stay. Historic inn; very well-maintained; excellent food and libations; live music on the weekend. Lovely suite, very comfortable bed, nice amenities. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Lovely large outdoor dining area available. Highly recommend."

"The room initially looked fine. But then we noticed the dirty towels and that the trash hadn’t been emptied. It took a bit to get clean towels and there seemed to be no real care about the problem."

"Looks like old motel on the outside, but really kept well on the inside. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was super nice. Cozy and quiet. Enjoyed the stay no problems at all. Complimentary water bottles x2 per day and complimentary tote 1 per visit. Very nice experience"
