"Confusing layout on the pier, front desk upon check in should have explained the layout better. Did not appreciate the forced $29 daily fee for the ferris wheel tickets, $10 restaurant credit and water. It really should be optional. Without it, I would have eaten at the hotel abd drank the crap bottle water. Really bad pillows and cannot close the curtains. Not in my friend's room either."

"It was a good stay! Good for the price, nice location across from the park/riverfront, obviously the hotel is older and so it’s not going to be on the same level of luxury etc. as a newer hotel but it’s still a nice building and helpful staff. The only thing I didn’t like or made me uncomfortable was the walk CTA line a.k.a. subway… Was a little shady for the couple blocks. I think there is just an abandoned storefront, etc. Even though the location is very convenient for the blue line buses… I...
