"The hotel was amazing. It’s in a great location with multiple cafes and restaurants around for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff were pleasant to deal with. The amenities were good, however no breakfast was available on site so would need to go to a nearby cafe for breakfast.
The pool is beautiful with city view, however this was closed for the majority of our stay due to refurbishments. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit to LA."

- Luxury family escape with outdoor pool, complimentary bicycles, and only 10 minutes from Universal Studios Hollywood.
"Restaurant staff and food very good. Front desk very good. Housekeeping did a poor job, cleaned room once and did not provide hand towels or wash clothes. Common areas are good with the exception of the gym which was totally inadequate.
Lobby, bar, pool areas very nice.
Rooms need an upgrade a little worn.
Bed was very nice"
