"Facility was exceptionally clean. The staff were super nice and accommodating. The breakfast choices were great- everything so fresh, tasty and warm."

"Airport shuttle was great! The room looked like it was remoldeled recently. Nice backout curtain. Breakfast was the basic self serve, the scramble eggs were good moist not over cooked. Tv had wonderful picture. No microwave and small dorm refrigerator. Coffee is in the lobby and they have a good assortment of snacks and food to buy."

"This is a nice property with a better-than-expected breakfast buffet. The staff was professional and helpful. The room was small-ish, but clean and nice. There isn't a lot of storage, but they have a fridge, blow dryer, and an iron for use. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were inadequate. The bathroom had a faucet that wasn't caulked down. It was still usable, but I had to hold it in place in order to use it. All in all, it was a good experience despite the oddities. "

"I was honestly not impressed with my stay. The customer service and amenities were just okay, nothing particularly stood out. What did stand out, though, was how unaccommodating the front desk staff was. Unlike other hotels we’ve stayed at, there was no flexibility at all. When we asked if we could check out at noon instead of 11, the answer was a flat-out no, without any effort to accommodate or offer alternatives. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. "The breakfast and our room was nice. The staffing was not great. Smelled like someone was smoking pot in one of the bathrooms by the pool. Our room keys wouldn’t work due to our time expiring. Don’t know why cause we were staying till Sunday. Then had to leave the hotel for the fire alarm and the alarms were going off for a while. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The room was very clean and spacious. Couch had a few stains but other than that it was great. Breakfast was good and my children also enjoyed it. Staff was very nice. Only complaint is the temperature of the pool! It was very cold my kids couldn’t swim in it very long."
