The only con that I can note is that light from the window can't be completely blocked during the night time which may bother some guests. "

"Can't beat the price for the location. My son counted 75 steps from the front door to the sand on the beach. Not a ton of amenities, but no complaints from our family considering the price, location, and nearby entertainment within walking distance. Would stay again."
